Ingredients:
- 500 ml of cool, pre-boiled water
- 6 fresh lemons
- 1 whole ginger root
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
- 3 grapefruits
- A little cumin powder
